Most pharmaceutical enterprises using this machine develop the
preparation for soft capsules, for example to enclose traditional
Chinese herbs. The finished results are suitable for this task, having
a high viscosity and fast absorption of moisture following
concentration and extraction. Solid preparations of this kind are
difficult to manufacture.

So that we could meet the needs of small batch production for research institutes,
pharmaceutical laboratories and hospital preparation
centers, we developed the RG0.8-110A. This model is an automatic
'gelation' encapsulation machine based on model RG2-180A. This
particular model has the merits of lower cost, smaller volume and
convenient usage.
