Introduction:Mr. Li Fuchang, born in 1961, an engineer and founder of the company (1992), is the chairman and the general manager of the company. Since setting up the company, he has been devoting himself solely to projects concerning pharmaceutical machinery. As a result developments at company have moved quickly and stably under his lead. He is an accomplished expert in the technology of hard gelatin capsule filling, presenting his paper entitled 'Discussion Regarding the Characteristics of Automatic Capsule Filling Machinery and How to Improving Filling Precision' at the New Drug System Preparation Equipment Learning Exchange Meeting held at China Medicine Institute in December 1996. The paper was warmly appreciated by the experts in attendance. He was later invited to attend discussions as one of five manufacturer delegates on the formulation of trading standard (YY0254-1997) for automatic capsule filling machines in China in 1997. There he presented his own unique opinions, gaining an active response and good comments from the experts and other delegates present.
